Questions about $3 Pay Per Day Plan

I'm considering converting to this plan since I work from home and hardly use my cellphone anymore.

Will I be charged $3 per day if I use any combination of Voice/Text/Data? I am assuming that I am not charged per minute or per text since they are supposed to be unlimited after I pay the $3, right? And that the data will be throttled if I go over 200 Mb in one day?

My apologies, but I tried to figure out the terms from the Tmobile website, but it really wasn't explained very well.

yes if you use the phone the 3$ charge happens. and no you will not be charged by the minute using that plain unless you change back to prepaid. and as it says 200mb at 4g speed its 2g speed thereafter.

Depending on how you use your phone, it might be a good idea to leave it parked on PAYGO, then switch to a PBTD plan as needed, with a little planning ahead. This could keep accidental/unintentional costs from occurring, limiting account debits to just a few cents (such as unwanted incoming texts, or maybe you just need to send a couple that day; not 2 or 3 dollars worth). You would have to keep track of your account balance expiration, unless you spent $100 and went Gold Rewards for the account. Something to consider.

Can anyone confirm whether the 3/day or the 30 for 5g plans will work in a tmobile zte hotspot? The new $25 for 1.5G plan for the hotspot isn't bad either but these would be more flexible.
