Seriously considering getting one. All the reveiws I've read have been more good than bad.
Anyone have one or know anything about them?
    Thanks for your input.

I've heard nothing but good things about this little messaging phone for AT&T.

Thank you but why do you refer to it as a messaging phone? Is it not a regular phone?

The term "messaging phone" is one applied to QWERTY sliding-keyboard featurephone designs, that have an emphasis on texting in their design.

The terms feature-phone, or even dumb-phone are a bit broader, but essentially refer to non "smartphone" devices; which on the other hand have an application ecosystem and prominent data-centric functions.

    To quote good ol' Wikipedia:

The distinction between smartphones and feature phones can be vague and there is no official definition for what constitutes the difference between them. One of the most significant differences is that the advanced application programming interfaces (APIs) on smartphones for running third-party applications[4] can allow those applications to have better integration with the phone's OS and hardware than is typical with feature phones. In comparison, feature phones more commonly run on proprietary firmware, with third-party software support through platforms such as Java ME or BREW.[1] An additional complication in distinguishing between smartphones and feature phones is that over time the capabilities of new models of feature phones can increase to exceed those of phones that had been promoted as smartphones in the past.

I've not tried this specific model but I did try two other of the AT&T pantechs. Overall not horrible phones, but very cheap feeling (screen protector is a must), and the killer was the extremely limited calendar/reminder functionality. Makes me kind of unhappy that at&t's non-smartphone lineup is nearly all pantech now
