Good value phone buying resources, ebay etc

Whats good for value on a phone: Ebay, Amazon, new egg? Any other stores?

heard that the shack and gamestop will buy back phones,

been concentrating on ATT, but does T mob have the same data limit at 2 gb?

and i have to buy another sim when i get this phone?

I just brought from Amazon so i wouldn't have to worry about returning it if something was wrong with it.

I find that I can buy phones the cheapest on Craigslist.

Based on recent reports, it would see like the AT&T limit may not even be 2GB. But the thing we do know about the T-Mobile BYOD SIM is they are generally more forgiving about the data usage on there. I would still keep your data usage in the 2GB range to be absolutely safe.

I'll second Craigslist and add cowboom if you want to add a little protection. It's part of best buy and you can buy an insurance/replacement plan. You buy an att or tmo sim from the web site.
