casio ravine no good

I have casio ravine cpo.. no good... for example, I call wellsfargo to check my account. it say enter your acount number follow by #.. I did that and it didn't work...

I also try to update the new PRL, and it say done... PRL didn't update...


I am back to my motorola barrage v860.. not a single problem...

I had that problem once with my ravine, I think with 'all sounds off' or 'alarm only' it wasn't sending the dial tones or something like that. Not sure, but only happened the one time. My ravine works great other than the annoying mic placement that means you can't hold the phone in your shoulder when you need to be hands free.
