It seems in my case they were way under-logging the data before, but now if anything they seem to be erring the other way, though not by an insane amount.
For what its worth they're also working improperly at Virgin, though my last invoice or two had a mention regarding that and the fact they were crediting overages temporarily.
(Although I do have an UMB bundle that might muddy the waters)
Funnily enough a CSR tried offering me a talk and text plan with pay per use data when I called earlier today to try and renew a long distance credit, saying I only used 5 to 7 megs per month in the last few months...
On my last Virgin invoice there was a note that due to the faulty logging, I would get unlimited data until October.
Personally, I think Bell/Virgin data counter is still screwed up... Just in the opposite way!

i have a 6g plan and i have used already 8g teathering and still no charge
does anyone know for sure what this is cause i also have a second drop down that says unlimed and the bar is full but no charge
