Go into your account and add the phone by moving your current service to the new phones. You may want to remove the old phones when you get your credit.

I went to the ST website and ordered two Nokia 6790 refurbs and two separate $45 plans. When the phones came it I signed up for two ST accounts online. After checking out the phones we decided to send them back for a refund on the phones. The ST rep told me to pack up everything that came in the box and send it back to the returns center in Plainfield, IN. facility. That happened on the 11th of May. Here it is the 21st of May and nothing yet. I didn’t do track and confirm. My bad. In the meantime I ordered two AT&T sims for our compatible phones. My question is, when the sims come and I load them into the phones, do I activate them first or should I go to our accounts and do the phone upgrade first and redirect the phone numbers already allocated to our accounts? Thanks for any help.
