Because I have 2 choice: Pay 2000€ to go to Japan to have it unlocked (Seriously, it's too expensive...) or wait more than one year (to go to Japan) with a phone I can only use as a camera and video game player.......

It seems we're basicly in the same situation: we need software unlock but we need to wait till it appears on the internet (if it ever happens).
I'm not that desperate: I'll wait a year; meanwhile I'll be using my old nokia phone. If a downloadable software unlock doesn't appear in that lapse of time, I'll buy a Galaxy S4

Phone encryption for Softbank/Docomo is just overly complicated. And the audience want it unlocked like Martin said is lower than the audience that just doesn't care.
I did some R&D for hacking SoftBank's encryption a long time ago. Yeah it was a lot of work. I learned a bunch of stuff and then did not understand a whole lot and yeah
