Motorola XPRT to launch on Boost

So along with the newest news of Boost launching the evo Design at the end of this Month. I also heard Boost mobile is launching a new mid range phone similar, but much better than the Samsung Replenish.

Its calles the Motorola XPRT, formerly a sprint handset, Boost seems to be launching this with the EVO design if not before, and fro the looks of it only $99. It seems to be a good mid range phone @ budget price.

Just thought I would share this.

I would go for this as my Replenish has been good to me but the limited memory and slow processor does cause some frustration at times.

1 ghz processor at that price is a good deal, though only 3.1" screen tough to live with, may appeal to the blackberry crowd. I wonder what version of Android it will come with?

Defiantly going to put the replenish to shame.

This is a powerhouse phone and was designed as you said to transition people who are using blackberry. Its said to launch with 2.3 however, and I havent seen any word on updates. Oddly enough it hasnt made it to the boost website yet, as the evo design has.

Interesting entry level phone, but not worth the Android surcharge IMHO.

This is pretty exciting news. But I searched Google, Bing and Twitter and the only place this seems to be mentioned is your post. Where did you get this information?

Also $99 seems too cheap for the specs (1 Ghz CPU, world phone, 5 MP camera with auto focus and flash)

it is essentially a Motorola Droid Pro. The screen is small, but the keyboard is good.

Unfortunately I dont have any link that I am able to share with anyone. Its should be announced sometimes next week. Yeah it seems to be priced very aggressive for the specs... Yes almost identical specs to the Droid pro

That phone would easily replace my samsung replenish.

We're cool. Just that no info on this launch is available anywhere. The Motorola XPRT would be a great phone and the Admiral would take things to another level.

Overall I really enjoyed the droid pro. If I were younger and not dealing with deteriorating eyesight, I would still be using it.
