It'll be here tomorrow afternoon. The word that I'm getting is that it is the exact same phone as the Sprint version just rebranded and boost apps added. Even the mobile hotspot feature is supposed to be included but I'm not betting on that one. Spec-wise, this should be a pretty good device and the price is most excellent!

I couldn't resist. I prob won't even activate it but use wifi and use VoIP and email and gv for messaging sounds like it will be a good mp3 player. It is worth the 79 just for the mp3. Have to upgrade that sd card though. 5mp camera as well. I have too many gadgets.
trying to come up with better signature.......
Come with the original sprint box with a boost mobile case over it. Its the same exact phone that sprint has. Sim slot and all, even has the sprint logo. However u cannot use with any usa gsm provider, as with sprint model.

So on Boost it shows this is shipping with 2.3. Which is a plus considering the Sprint XPRT is still on 2.2.
Can anyone shed some light as to when this phone will be available to best buy? I would appreciate it.
If someone can post some pictures of the box it comes in, also what it comes with inside that would be great! I always like a good unboxing video! Seen this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ht_1005wt_1270 guys asking for $150. The retail box looks allot like the box the old BB came in.
I know, I was like who would pay double for this?
The XPRT comes in a Boost Mobile package slipped over the Sprint box.(?)
It even comes with the Sprint logo, basically the Sprint XPRT.
It comes with the SIM slot making the phone World-capable

Dude!!!!! Thanks!! So stoked on getting this on Monday. Sucks they don't do Saturday delivery. Looks like they just took these out of the Sprint boxes loaded the Boost software on it and updated it too 2.3 Gingerbread. Is there allot of Boost Mobile bloatware?
No Boost stuff at all. No BoostZone or Mobile ID. I have no experience with Touchwiz but it does have a slightly different orientation and selection of widgets, so this may be it. Actually feels sturdy compared to the Replenish, which I would constantly drop due to its "slick" feel. Since Sprint is basically reloading their phones with boost software, we may start seeing more higher-end phones making the move to Prepaid!
Let us all join hands and pray that Sprint reloads the Photon onto Boost!!!
