    Cracked S2 LTE screen

I have the future shop warranty but from my understanding it doesn't cover physical damage. I'm going down after work to see if they can do anything.

I've had the phone for 6 months.

    What are my options.

    Thanks

you can visit a repair depot near your house or call them first to see how much it would cost to fix.

don't bother going to futureshop to ask about the warranty.
    there's no more warranty now.

It should have come with a one year manufacture warranty right?

But it doesn't cover cracked screens from user error.

    What about dog error :P

If I go to future shop will they give me a list of authorized repair shops or does Rogers have one.

I'm in Vancouver if anyone had shy suggestions

Visit a rogers store, you can have it sent for repair. A $35.00 (I believe) estimation fee will be incurred and an estimate will be provided by the store once estimation is provided to them for cost of repair. You have the right to refuse the repair however, the $35.00 will be applied regardless, but also goes towards the repair if accepted.

Rogers also has the HPG (Handset Protection Guarantee) program which can be used to subsidize the total repair cost, or even as a replacement device (not of the same make/model, but a subsidized replacement on select handsets).

    Hope that helps.

    Kind regards,
    ecid.

    broken screen

I recommend that you google the fix and get 3 quotes from different fix shops.

that way you don't need to pay the $35 fee.

like "broken screen display samsung android vancouver"

Gorilla glass only protects the screen from being scratched. It is not shatterproof.
