HTC Incredible 2 "No Service"

I bought this phone used with CyanogenMod 7.11, it worked fine the first few months now for the second time I get the no service message with no bars showing. I have great reception in my area and wherever I travel.

The first time this happened I took it to a dealer because I didn't know what was wrong, he did a hard reset and the phone worked again that was about two weeks ago. Today I had the same problem and I did the hard reset to get it working.

Does anyone know whats wrong with this phone? I paid top dollar for it and I am wondering if I got a bad phone. BTW today I could get an incoming call but no outgoing. Thanks.

I think after a hard reset that's what is done.

Try updating your PRL (ie roaming capaibilities as they say when you call *228 option 2, if I remember right. And or try an OTA reprogramm *228 option 1.
