Now that Sprint is approved for LTE on 800mhz is USCC able technically to roam off of it once its deployed and an agreement is struck? The reason I asked is USCC radios have LTE on the 850mhz band. According to several sights I've read the 800mhz and 850mhz bands are the same thing its just a difference in how European providers list it. Nothing I've been able to find however references LTE.

This is incorrect. The 800MHz SMR spectrum that Sprint has is indeed different from the 850MHz cellular spectrum that USCC, VZW, at&t et al uses. In order for LTE roaming with Sprint to be possible, a USCC phone would need band class 26 which includes both the SMR band as well as the cellular band as opposed to band class 5 which is only the cellular band. Additionally, it would be preferable for a handset to have band class 25 which has the PCS band plus Sprint's G-block spectrum instead of band class 2 which includes only the PCS band.
Are we sure on this? USCC, King Street, C-Spire and a few other small cell providers just finished a test proving ATTs lower 700 spectrum works on the Band Class that USCC and all other small carriers are using. ATT created a new band class for their 700mhz spectrum citing interference issues but C-Spire is suing over it claiming its only a new Band Class as an attempt to block competition and might it harder for smaller carriers.
