    That seems to indicate 3 possible variants, only one of which will work on Mobi.

    It will NOT work on Mobi. That info is wrong. You will keep seeing "CDN Roaming" with a mobi card.

    If the source of your search is on GSMArena, they have listed non-existent models in the past and missed models that do exists.

    You would have to import the AWS one. The Bell one doesn't work. It's the 850/1900 version.

    Correct. See the relevant thread in the Wind forum for more information. There, cmstlist writes, "you'd overpay for underperformance". Various users in that thread suggest alternatives.
