iPhone 4 - locked in emergency mode, can not get to home screen, will not activate

I have a Verizon iphone 4, I have it active on pageplus for a few months. It has been working great!

This morning I took a complete backup via itunes in preparation for running the new greenpois0n jailbreak on 5.1.1.

Then I reset ALL as recommended

Restarted the phone it says no service. I could not jailbreak it because it said it must be activated, "you need to activate it before it can be used with Absinthe"...

I attempted to go through setup on the phone itself, but it says "could not activate iphone"

Also, when I connect to iTunes:
* it comes up with an Apple logo on the top left and a Verizon Logo on the top right and a Lock in the right corner of the itunes screen
* asks for my current mobiel #
* billing Zip Code
* last 4 digits SSN
* Billing password

* If i right click my phone, the only option is to EJECT the phone. I can not restore it

And a Continue button.

I have seen this before, but somehow I was able to get to a business customer screen to bypass this to be able to activate via pageplus.

Also, the only option I have to make a call is "emergency calls only", so I don't know how to activate it manually...

When you have it in itunes put in zeros for the numbers and some random password it will say activating then it will say failed but you can still enjoy the iphone experience by clicking continue and it will take you to the home screen.

Did you reset in the phone or via itunes?
