Not surprising. Most people here don't seem to have a problem with Straight Talk's consumer fraud and misrepresentation re: "unlimited data". Most of the responses here seem to center around "well if you're using more than 100MB of data per day you're tethering, streaming, or doing something against the TOS" putting the onus on the consumer and conveniently ignoring the fact that ST is LYING about unlimited data. The data on ST's plans are in fact *NOT* unlimited as advertised, and hopefully will get them in a mountain of legal trouble.*
What if they started booting people because they used 180 minutes in a single day even though the service is advertised as "unlimted minutes"? It's the same thing, isn't it?
* If ST wants to advertise "100MB per day" or "2GB per month" or whatever, I would have no issues, but the fact is that they are lying in their advertising, and consumer fraud is not something that should ever be taken lightly.
