Recently I have been getting errors when connecting to the internet (UM150 aircard), this only started about a week ago. The first one, when I loaded Access Manager and tried to connect, said something to the affect of that my card was not activated and that I had no subscription to Verizon. I closed the program and reloaded and it was fine, it hasn't done it since.
The second one is a bit more frequent, but it only comes up when I get disconnected and try to reconnect. The message is as follows:
"You are about to establish a mobile broadband or national access connection. Chargers apply in accordance with your subscription to Verizon Wireless’ NationalAccess/Mobile Broadband."
I close the program once again and reload it, connecting as usual.
My question is, what is going on here? Are they trying to close my account or charge me extra?
The second is supposed to happen. It's just telling you you will be billed according to your plan and will incur applicable overages is you go over your allotment included in the plan. Just check the option to never show you again an you'll be good.
