They make the S2 and Nexus for Sprint. I suspect technically you could get one to work on VM.

I don't imagine you'll see them offered legitimately. The "off-contract" price of them is $500-600. I can't imagine that would get a lot of takers on a network who's main draw is the low monthly pricing. Honestly I'm surprised they are offering the Evo 3D, though it's great that they are.

Maybe if sprint discontinues the S2 from their site, like how the EVO 3d was discontinued. the S2 has wimax, so it would make sense to keep selling the device on prepaid while wimax is still around. But if it does flip to the prepaid side, perhaps boost mobile will get it. lol.

Those off contract prices are what Sprint subjects their post paid sheep to pay for use on No Contract accounts.

The same devices would sell between $350 up to $400 on Virgin Mobile or Boost.

I hope Boost gets both the Nexus and SII, they would be perfect for the value priced shrinkage plans.
    $45 is a great deal.

If you're a low end data/voice user (always on wifi or just plain doesn't use data much) check out Ting, they offer the S2 and it's basically the same coverage as VM.

^Ting isn't worth what they charge. Voice + text + data + $6/phone = too much crap, you might as well get a $200 Galaxy Player instead of an overpriced/virtually worthless/locked Galaxy phone at $485.

Don't get me wrong, I like Samsung but they're asking too much. Heck, Samsung's Nexus is $400 from Google. And it's unlocked.

Also, you probably noticed the Galaxy Prevail/Precedent/Proclaim are not really Galaxy phones in the Galaxy S sense. They're just strung along as low-end offers for people who don't know the difference. So no, Net10/StraightTalk/Boost don't really have them high-end Galaxies either.

i hate being a jerk but none of these replys answer his question. there is a real legitimate answer to this question. as of right now there is no Samsung Galaxy phones and no announced plans. that doesn't mean that one won't come. no one in this forum can answer that question.these replys are speculation and opinions.why cant people just answer the question that GJKIII asked.he didn't asked about a Samsung Galaxy Nexus/S2 on Sprint or any questions about Ting which is a totally different carrier than Virgin Mobile.he asked Any chance of a samsung galaxy on VM?its a simply question with a simple answer.simple

^-- good point. To answer the question, yes the universe allows for the possibility of a nexus or s2 on VM.

Not true, obviously the iPhone will be sold for $500 or so when it becomes available on Virgin later this month. I have personally paid $250 for the Intercept when it was introduced and $300 for the Triumph and Evo so the demand is there. I can definitely envision the S2 coming over, considering that both the Intercept and Evo came over from Sprint.

    VM Journey= LG Rumor2>Samsung Intercept UD6>Motorola Triumph CM7 TG-Reloaded>HTC Evo V?
