I carry the Huawei everywhere I go. I find it better than data on the phone because I have never roam on the Huawei by accident. (I have roam on data on the phone by accident many times).

No problem with T999 in my 3 months of testing. Most of my accidents are my errors, ie not shutting the roaming off when going out of zone.

Unless you enjoy surfing at 200kbps/10kbps I don't know why you would use Wind for data. If you are lucky you might get 1.2 Mbps but that's only in select areas.
