I think this will be a very interesting week as there is already posts on Engadget and Phandroid.com saying phones will be in store at the end of the week. We will see if it actually happens.

Just went in to the store here and they told me that I would get it faster if I were to pre-order. They said the 12th was the day, but they said they doubt it will be here by then.
Motorola Electrify (Stock..for now)
HTC Desire rooted with Oxygen ROM
HTC Touch Pro 2 US Cellular with MightyROM and Android as optional boot

as long as I get mine before the stores get them im fine with that. Otherwise whats the point in pre-ordering?!
UPS shipping page just updated: It says a shipping label has been created. The page also notes that the shipping USCC is using is UPS Next Day Air Saver.

that would be fantastic!
Does anyone know if someone has to be home to receive it?
Sent from my HTC Desire CDMA using HowardForums
Yeah and then Samsung has a ripple in their supply line and you would be irritated. It's not like USCC is sitting on these and deciding "ha ha ha, screw them!".. If USCC had them in stock, they'd be shipping them. However, it's also USCC that gets 100% of the blame, not Samsung, if they estimate incorrectly.
The USCC Facebook is indicative of who the customer blames.

Based on what I'm seeing, a lot of people scooped up the 16GB model. I'm not sure what the ratio of 16 vs 32gb purchases are though. 16GB modules are probably more readily available. I suspect a lot of people decided if they REALLY needed additional storage, they'd just buy a MicroSD card later. 16GB in an Android cell phone is pretty significant.
Generally it's like with the Ford Mustang. The Mustang V6 outsells the V8 by a huge margin. I expect similar in this case with the 16GB vs 32GB.

It's likely they made more 16GB units than 32GB units in the first place. The ratio is pretty easy to figure out when you have historic data on your side. The underestimate would be on people wanting the more expensive product.
Don't forget, many who want a 32GB may not want to wait for it, so they're more likely to just get the 16GB and accept that they can put a MicroSD card in later.
