I think it should be 18 characters.

    Looks good then.

Now if only I could find the difference between Signal insurance and Device protection id be good.

On the USCC website, they have a bunch of FAQ on device protection but NOTHING on signal insurance.

You should've asked when you called for the track #.

Lol, I did and I was more confused than before. They aren't much help with that kind of stuff. I figured id get a better answer on here.

I think she said something like, "There is no difference, it is the same thing" But that does not make sense to me. Why have 2 different names, and why does it make you have signal insurance but it gives you the choice on device protection. USCC needs to stick with one name or make it more clear. The main reason I'm asking is that I don't want to have Signal Insurance, then have something happen and try to get a new phone and get denied.

Signal provides their insurance program. It's possible that they changed the name to Device Protection so they could choose to switch to a different insurance vendor later without any confusion.

USCC doesn't generally like making changes to people's plans without the customer being part of the process, even if the change benefits you or doesn't matter at all.

Oh, so the company is Signal and they cover the Signal insurance AND Device protection? Correct?

    Which one do you have?

As far as I know (someone here can correct me if wrong), USCC has not changed from The Signal. I have Signal Insurance attached to my GS3.

My GS3 track number now tracks as 'label was created' over at UPS. Progress anyway.

I don't know what you're doing so I don't know what you're doing wrong. Just make sure that everything that you're doing is within the app. Don't leave the app. You may get a notification from the system that you're trying to use the wifi tethering, just ignore it.

I have UPS My Choice, so I get notifications a little differently than people who don't. No-one has to send me notifications, UPS just keeps looking for name/address matches on packages coming my direction.
