AT&T still has a call center where I used to live here in the Midwest.

The last time I talked to AT&T Customer Service, it was to a call center in Louisiana.

Usually this kind of activity is a result from network work. It being nashville u have to wonder if it is LTE related. And yes i've seen what u describe (losing service) during network upgrades where I live...the email they sent you basically corroborates this.

Only thing is that the email they sent didn't say anything about network upgrades in Nashville, just in smaller towns an hour or so away. I hope they're upgrading stuff but I'm not holding my breath.

LTE is running in Nashville, the seven counties surrounding it, and Lawrenceburg.
