Anyone have info on what the cost will be? I would guess the unsubsidized price will be consistent with the other carriers. I'll be getting it on tab since I don't plan to leave wind any time soon. But I really can't see them offering it at 169 like the others

Probably $200-$299 on tab. I'm going to say the non-tab price will be $699, given that most other carriers will be around $600. I don't see it lower than $200 on tab. The Galaxy Nexus is $200 on WINDtab; it'll probably drop to $150 when S3 is released. Also noticed the freem VM/LD promo will end just before Galaxy S III will be released.

I really think if they come in with something higher than 160 on tab that people with three big 3 will stay there. Their phone/tab pricing methodology doesn't seem to make much sense though so I could see them charging 200+ on tab

Called WIND last week. Rep said $200 off on the $25/month plan, and $400 off on the $40/mnth plan.
She wanted to know if I wanted to pre-order...but she had no idea of how much they'll be charging for the phone.
Anybody have any clue on the finalized price?
Any WIND CSR's here?
Videotron just announced a $99 price for 3 year term. Probably won't affect those outside Quebec, but I could see Bell, Telus, Rogers matching them.
Therefore because
1. They're "on the offense" (blog)
2. Focusing all their efforts on the postpaid sector (speech)
They'll definitely make their postpaid price at least $199 or less to compete with the incumbents.
Although, if they do price it at $249 it wouldn't be the weirdest/dumbest thing I've seen them do.

Look at their Galaxy Nexus pricing vs the others. It's still $199 when everybody else has it for under $100 or free. I'm not going to be too surprised if it really ended up being $249 on a 3 year tab. I think $199 is possible, but I would be really surprised if it's anywhere near Videotron's $99.
Honestly, why can't they announce the details around the SGS3 and offer online ordering.
