    Online Account Management sucks

    It has been 3 days already. Every time i tried to setup a preauth payment, it still gives me a big error page. Come on Wind, fix it fast!

    what payment method are you using? CC or Debit?

    CC. It doesn't matter. The PAP page won't even load.

    i wouldnt do a pre-auth payment if i were you to any company .... i like to get the bill first and scan and see if all the charges are valid and then pay ... and if not then call the company and deal with it ...

    but to pay first and have to deal with them to give you a refund is sometimes a pain in the ...

    I tried to pay my bill using the online system once and it kept giving me an error. I meant to try again on another day, but then forgot about it... Ended up missing a payment as a result :/

    Their online management system is too flaky. It is such a shame!

    The PAP always has worked for me since August 2011.

    Online payment has always worked for me in the past but trying to set up PAP with the same CC always fails. I enter all the info for the card and submit only to get a generic error suggesting I try later.

    I've had issues trying to get to their "Contact Us" page from the My Account page. Every time I click the link I get an error. Their website could use some work.
