What Will 2GB Of Data Get Me On T-Mobile?

I have 2GB of data on T-Mobile currently. I am just wondering if anybody knows of any chart anywhere that shows what I can do with 2GB per month. For example, how much music can I stream or how long I can stream NetFlix. What I am doing is streaming just audio through a SlingBox Solo to my Android phone. I am assuming that streaming audio only will allow me to listen much longer than when I was streaming both audio and video. I suspect that somewhere someone must have a chart that shows how much streaming 2GB equals. I am estimating 74 hours, but I could be way off base.

Also, I understand that throttling occurs after the 2GB cap is reached. I have also read that forced 2G is faster than throttled 3G. Does anybody happen to know what speeds these would be? Also, could I still stream audio if I get throttled, or would it be too slow for that?

My guestimation is you could do 8 movies on Netflix before getting throttled but I'm not positive. I use my iPhone on EDGE and Im able to stream Tunein radio without much buffering, on average I have been using 2Gb/month even though I have a 5Gb plan. And for the throttling when I was using my 4G phone and got throttled EDGE delivered higher download speeds but the trade off was that the ping was higher and also if there is a slight break in the data and there are messages waiting they will start coming to your phone, thats one of the problems I run into on EDGE.
