LG Quantum c900 Windows Phone?

I'm an iPhone user so IDK if an LG Quantum IS a Window's phone so please correct me if I'm wrong and please put this in the correct forum if that's wrong too .

My cousin says she has this phone and she had set a password for it and can't remember it. Is there a master password she can use to get past it? She doesn't want to do a master reset as she will lose everything on her phone.

There are master passwords for computers, and since a smartphone is essentially a tiny computer, it would make sense that there were a master password list of some sort.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

There is no master password for a Windows Phone (or Windows PCs, either.) Frankly, if there were, it would make passwords useless, since anyone with access to Google (or HowardForums!) would be able to unlock any phone (or computer) at any time.

A master reset, or remembering her password), are her only options. As long as she sets the phone up with the same Live ID as before, she can redownload any of her paid apps for no charge.
