I'm curious about those things too. I'm also curious what the PRL is. If it's the same as USCC postpaid phones, this makes for an advantage compared to uPrepaid. The phone choices are definitely better.

Was just checking out the new Prepaid plans and had a few questions... if anyone has answers.
- It says International Dialing and International Texting is included with the monthly plans. Is this free or are they just saying customers can call and text overseas for a charge?
- Do the 1 GB and 2 GB data plans have overages or is it just a hard stop?
- Does the 400 mins, 400 text , 400 pix plan have messaging overage charges?
- Can customers still add tethering to the smartphone plan?

Just a FYI my uprepaid PRL is 14010... I am too wondering if the coverage map/roaming is the same us uprepaid
You might want to try us cellulars /walmarts prepaid service uprepaid. From what I see they might have a better price and range than The plain us cellular prepaid.
The phone choice may not be as good however
trying to come up with better signature.......
I was just playing around and noticed you CAN NOT add an android on the $50 plan 1GB... you have to do the $65
I saw that too, Phandroid has an article on the new plans-
