Any way to get Nokia Suite to sync without date named folders?

I find it incredibly annoying that Nokia Suite will not sync my photos & videos to my main media folders. Instead it creates folders named by the date of each file. If I can't remember the date a particular item was taken or copied to my phone I have to look though dozens of folders to find it.

And in the case of photos or videos I've copied to the phone I end up with duplicates (which consumes a LOT of space with videos).

I've looked through the settings, but I cannot figure out how to disable this crappy and useless feature. I want pictures to sync to "My Pictures" and videos to "My Videos" without any sub folders.

Is there any way to turn the dated sub folders off?

Don't sync the photos/videos via Nokia Suite and do it manually via Windows Explorer
