My friend is party of the team that does this promo at Rogers stores. He received a months worth of training where they essentially trained him to perform tasks on the Lumia 900 super quick and you have to past a test where you have to be able to perform certain tasks within a certain amount of time before you're allowed to start doing the job. Having worked in this industry, a month is a LOT of time devoted to training for something that will only go on for maybe a month or two. Since he's been on the job, he's gotten lots of participants but only one or two winners per day.
