Any cancellation of my order or someone else's would not be due to comments made about their service. It would be due to very bad business practices of offering something for sale at a set price and not following through.

Apparently, per your comment above, you would advocate such unscrupulous activities.

Many online retailers offer items at an incorrect price to only cancel all orders and fix the price.

I don't know what quantity you consider "many". However, any online retailer who would do that would be displaying an extreme lack of competence. If you offer the deal and someone accepts, the deal needs to be fulfilled. Simple concept.

They didn't make this right, now did they:

I ordered Sunday (just after 6pm pacific time when phone support closes), but the order didn't complete.

When I called them on Monday they had a record of it, yet refused to honor the price. The authorization had even hit my credit card - they wouldn't budge. 45 minutes on hold I'll never get back. Their twitter support team wouldn't do anything for me, either.

Of course since you have advocated not fulfilling offers that were made, I'm sure you will defend their actions. You probably also have a defense for their violation of their own privacy policies by their broadcasting of 1,100 emails without authorization.

Mine came today, SIM has to be manually activated over the phone.

Stick is going to go back though, it arrived with corrupted firmware and their stupid flash utility says there's nothing to update. Does anyone know of a secret switch that'll force a reflash?

Whats the HSPA+ speeds on this stick? Also they now have a $29.99 Rocket with a $15 card special going on now. Are they trying to get rid of their old data sticks?

Rocket 4G? speeds capable of up to 21 Mbps.
It also says it stores up to 32GB with a microSD card. Didnt even know it could!

I haven't plugged this up and tested it yet but that's not good to hear about the corrupted firmware. Hopefully its not the same case for the rest of these.
