I have been trying to add callertunes to my account which is a small business account but T-Mobile says it's not compatible with my plan, I searched on T-Mobile.com support and the support article on callertunes says business and government accounts can have callertunes, I also called my local T-Mobile store and they.said they don't see why I can't have them, when I spoke with T-Mobile customer care they said I have no restrictions and can't see why I can't have them, so my question is can I have callertunes on my account, is there someone special I need to talk to ?
