FAN Discount on Data Plan

Anyone have success getting their FAN discount to apply on the 3GB / $30 data plan (I currently have USPS FAN discount).

Or is there any way to reactivate the 2gb / $25 plan they used to have? My FAN discount used to apply to this but I switched to the 250mb plan for a few months and now it's gone.

The only way you can get a discount on the 3GB data plan is to have the account in the company's name. If it's in the individual's name, the 3GB plan is not eligible for a FAN discount.

I don't know of a way to get back the 2GB data plan. The retentions department might be able to do it if you threaten to cancel you service.

I had executive services try to put me back on the $25 plan when I moved to 3GB after finding out my fan no longer applied but they were unsuccessful. Got a sizable credit since I wasn't informed before switching plans.
