Hi guys, my friend just purchased the Galaxy Note (I'm getting this phone later in the summer as well) in a like-new condition from Rogers. Her provider is Rogers and have been a data user with them for quite some time now. She has been using HTC One S prior to this phone.

Problem: the Note is somehow consuming more data usage than before when performing the same tasks as she did on her HTC phone. She checked her phone at one point to see how much data is left/used and it's 5mb gone in 5 minutes! She has the background data sync box unchecked as well but it remains the same.

Any suggestions as to why this might be happening? Thank you!
