What is the secret menu? Does it work on 003/005/007SH?

No, it doesn't work for SoftBank phones. On Docomo Androids, dial *#*#4669#*#* and it will show. To call the same menu on the 003SH/005SH/007SH and probably others, you need to have full root on your phone, take out Phone.apk, decompile it, edit one string, put it back on the phone, reboot with a foreign SIM without hypersim.
Dear All, I'm not quit for the 007SH unlock discovery but I have some private matter have to be done first. I would turn it back once finished, I'm sorry I'm not a expert on decode program,that's may be a long road, but in this period, I did have a precious experience and did learn a lot ............and the most important part....I get lots friends in this chain thread.

All, in the pass of this period, I've finished my private matter and turn to discover this 007SH unlock process now, I've order a JTAG box to study it, and order another machine "GPG dragon box", It will be delivered from China to my hand soon. I'll post any new finding if any.

Russians have sold their method of unlocking, so currently they don't do unlocks. Is there someone else who can do an unlock?
So after skimming through this, seems like we got as far as unlocking the radio nvram? If so, what are you guys using to edit the specific values? What chipset runs on our phones? We just need a program to read and write the nvram values right (and no im not talking about a hex editor)?
Reason I'm asking is because after messing with a VZW Droid Bionic, I figure we could take the same approach with our japanese androids. Basically for the droid bionic, you edit certain values in nvram to enable gsm bands, unlocking the phone for international use. If we can find a way to connect through the phones chipset (Qualcomm MSM8255 I believe), I think we can unlock it this way. Problem now is finding a program capable of programming the MSM8255 chipset and also the right values, but its a start.

As I know some cell shop in the internet buying the unlock technic skills from Russian guy.....
So far, I notice some Chinese guys has exploit the unlock key by IMEI number with some Docomo models. http://bbs.blueshow.net/thread-1777290-1-3.html it's useful for SH-01D and SH-06D

And how exactly is this great news, or even news at all? The price is the same as that of the Russian guy, and it doesn't look like this unlock is something that can be done remotely...
