Network Extender

Anyone know how to get better phone reception? Does Straight Talk have a network extender so you can install it at your house? For example, AT&T has the MicroCell so that you get full signal.

There was a thread about this about 2-3 months ago where people who had this working gave details about what worked and what didn't. They are AT&T microcells, but you have to have a good friend or relative who has AT&T postpaid to register the device first, if I recall. Do a search and try to find that thread.
