Facebook Fan Day – Pre-Authorized Payment Terms & Conditions

1. The promotional period begins on June 6, 2012 at 12:00am and ends on June 6, 2012 at
   11:59pm and is subject to change or cancellation without notice.
   
   
2. To be eligible for the promotional credit/ top up bonus:
   
   • During the promotional period, you must be a fan of WIND Mobile on Facebook and
     sign up for pre- authorized payments (PAP) using a valid credit card. Your WIND
     services must be active at the time the credit is issued.
   • Go to www.facebook.com/WINDmobile, "Like" the WIND Mobile Facebook Fan tab
     (if you have not already done so) and enter your Facebook email account and WIND
     Mobile phone number. You will then be prompted to login to your WIND Mobile
     My Account at www.windmobile.ca/myaccount and complete the pre-authorized
     payment registration form. A Facebook account is required to receive the offer.
   • Limit one (1) promotional credit/top-up bonus per WIND Mobile account. This offer
     is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
   
   
3. Eligible Pay Before customers will receive a $30 top-up bonus, credited to your account
   within 30 days of the end of the promotional period.
   
   
4. Eligible Pay After customers will receive a $30 credit (before tax), applied as a bill adjustment
   to the first bill after the end of the promotional period.
   
   
5. Multi- line accounts are eligible for only one credit/bonus regardless of the number of lines in
   the account that are designated as PAP.
   
   
6. If you have multi- lines as part of your account the following applies:
   
   • If you have all Pay After lines, then WIND will apply your PAP instructions to each
     line. The credit will be applied to the first line activated.
   • If you have all Pay Before accounts, you can designate which accounts will be
     eligible for the PAP instructions. The bonus will be credited to the first line activated
     that is subject to the PAP instructions.
   • If you have both Pay After and Pay Before accounts, WIND will apply your PAP
     instructions to those Pay Before accounts designated by you and all the Pay After
     accounts. The credit/bonus will be applied against the first line activated that is
     subject to the PAP instructions.
   
   
7. All services are subject to WIND’s Terms of Service, Fair Usage Policy and Internet Traffic
   Management Policy and are for personal use by an individual.
   
   
8. This offer has no cash value and is not transferrable to any other WIND customer.

I.e. Do they bill your card on the date the statement is issued, or on the "due date" indicated on the statement?

You are able to set what day of the month and how much for them to take. This option is pretty flexible.

When you login to My Account and select PAP, you will see the option there to select the day of the month and the amount after entering your credit card info.

Sounds like djino is referring to PAP for "Pay Before" customers.

I'm assuming that "Pay After" customers don't have the same flexibility.

I do not see the rationale of giving this promotion to pay before clients. I have pay before and if you do not pay up by due day you will just be cut off. Anyone having their phone cut off like this?

Ya just Mobilicity lol but good for WIND customers nonetheless. I wonder if they'll come up with anything good in the future that's not tied to PAP though. Or else these promos are only a one time thing and don't give existing customers more incentives in the future.

@.@ i only see it said the credit card is assigned or something like that with my last 4 digits of the credit card number
um...i guess it will auto take out money when the day comes
