Selling an HTC One X International edition (Quad Core, HSPA).Phone is already rooted

Unlocked, works on Bell, Telus, Rogers, Koodoo, Virgin, Fido

Phone is in mint condition with screen protector and got it less then 2 weeks ago for 700$ on ebay but wife finds it too big for her tastes

The International version has 32GB of storage and a Quad Core processor.

Im also throwing in a black plastic case which I got for 20$(not pictured) and a black OtterBox Commuter case (cost me 70$ to get it directly from Otterbox)

As per the pics below I had to alter the otterbox case to allow the LED to show properly. Seems the Otterbox cases are designed for the LTE HTC One X and not the international ones.

The camera isnt flush with the case as per the pictures but this isnt a problem for pictures. The LED was so I modded case

Includes box and accessories (charger is international I think Europe not sure but if you have a micro usb then dont worry)

Im also throwing in a 2 year squaretrade warranty which was 89$ (http://www.squaretrade.com/). This is fully transferable so I will transfer it to you after purchase. It covers any defects for 2 years. For anyone who has used there service prior you know how good it is.

If they cant find someone local to fix the device (which they cant since the international one x isnt services in canada) they refund you the full purchase price of the item.

In other words if the phone breaks with this warranty you will be refunded 699$ which is what its covered for. They send you a UPS bar code to ship the item back and then pay you via check or paypal.

So in total you are getting

699$ phone (I didn't include how much shipping was)
90$ in cases
89$ warranty

Thats over a 800$ value

I'm looking for 700$ cash for the phone and only local Montreal deals unless you are willing to pay first by going in person to your local branch for my bank and deposit the money.

I will ship only to Canada and you pay for the shipping depending on what you want

I could have waited 45days for the warranty and then brick the phone to get a refund but then the money spent on cases would be a loss

Even if you buy the phone and don't like it with the warranty you can get your money back.
