Friend porting number from T-Mobile prepaid to another carrier.

A friend of mine will be porting her cellphone number to another carrier. It will be in the same area code, so there shouldn't be any problems.

My question is what information is needed by the new carrier in order to port out a number from T-Mobile?

Also, she's currently on the PAYG plan, on T-Mobile.

Thanks in advance for all the info.

Really and have not started to give you "more options" to save your money with them?
Remember when I ported out my number from ATT i had to speak about 30 minutes explaining them that I don't need anything just my account number ...
