Noticed about an hour ago.
Really high call volumes trying to get to tech support. So high in fact, the first time I called I got the message "Sorry, we are experiencing really high call volumes, please call back later. Goodbye".
Phone says its connected (3G available) however no data is working.
Yes, I've noticed the same thing. Voice and SMS is fine, but no data. It looks like it's connected and I'm getting full signal. Must be a backend problem.

Decided to wait on hold with telus tech support listening to their hold music while I did other things.
Finally got through to someone and oh look...it works now. LOL
