Metro-to-Metro call failure in Tampa Bay?

My fiance and I can't call each other, nor call our voicemail, but we can send and receive calls to landlines and other cell carriers. Earlier it was fast busy when you tried to call, now it gives a "call cannot be completed at this time" message. Texts are working in-network but not calls.
Anyone know what's going on?

Hrm, well it's back now apparently. It was down for hours though. (I'm in Tampa and he's in Clearwater at work.) Figures that as soon as I break down to ask if anyone knows what's going on, it comes back up! LOL

It's ok it happens sometimes it has been months of no issues for me knock on wood did you try turning the phone off during that time

No, I didn't. Since it was happening to both of us in the same way, seemed like an intra-network issue. I wish they had a "status" page for network issues you could check to see if this is a problem specific to you or if there's a known problem across the board.
Ah well. We really haven't had too many problems lately either surprisingly enough.
