I've got a phone on the $25 monthly plan for my son whos out of town withit. He needed a little more added to it, so I figured I would just add a $10 feature card to it. Bought one from callingm**t and tried to add the card to my number. The website said my number wont work with feature card. So I did live chat(what a joke), to ask for help. Was told that the $25 monthly plan is not a monthly plan and the feature card only works with $50 and $60 plans. I said the websit shows a feature card option for all monthly plans, including $25 MONTHLY! The chat person then asked if there was anything else they could help me with? No thanks, you were help enough in shafting me with a $10 callingma*t card that I cant use.

My advice is to contact an Authorized Agent in your area. Explain your situation and ask them if they can speak to dealer support about the issue and sii if it can be resolved.
Speaking from experience, service providers that aren't the big time like Sprint or Verizon sometimes neglect their websites, and/or do not update as often as they should.
Personally, I have never had an issue like your in my store with H20, so I would be interested to see if and how this issue is resolved.
