So the easiest way to see your my wallet balance and pay your bill was using payment.mobilicity.ca. But since today morning it isn't working. It just shows "make a payment for another customer".
Can anyone confirm if they can see their accounts on that Page? You need to use 3G and proxy.

It really wouldn't cost that much. I know with WIND's Android and BB phones you get an app that will let you see your balance, what type of plan you have and make payments to your account, amongst other things. It doesn't need to be flashy, just functional. Mobilicity could probably have one knocked together in an afternoon and for virtually no cost and have it available through various application stores and also as a pre-loaded application on future handsets. I'm not convinced that cost is an issue, I can't see how it possibly could be.
I agree that a web based account review is a decent idea but it's not the best answer by far. I can check my WIND account on-line on my phone or PC too and for certain times it's utile enough. But the app works no matter where I am or whether I have a data connection or not as it's SMS based. I can check my account balance and figure out if I need to top up my account while roaming anywhere in the world and it's no charge. I know at all times what the status of my account is where ever I am and I can't do that if I don't have access to data or my laptop. Using a web based app while roaming costs money which is precisely what you're trying to avoid in the first place. I honestly see absolutely no reason for Mobilicty to introduce such an app, the positives far out weigh the negatives.
