cannot download samsung apps on a galaxy note 7000

Does anyone know what I can do to be able to load the samsung apps from the widget on my phone.. It will get me to the sign in screen but whether its to create an account or not i cant get passed that screen phone is running ics...

I don't know about ics but check to see if you have allow apps to install from non-market sources turned on. In gingerbread this setting is in the application section.
