It's a Verizon prepaid phone I bought from Wal-Mart of their $50 plan and when I plug it in via usb a menu comes up to use it as mass storage or modem mode... When I click on modem it does nothing, when I called the tech support they said my phone isn't able to do that, why does it have it in the menu and have the capabilities of it if I can't use it that way? Is there a way I can hack it to be able to use this feature somehow? I will pay the extra cost if it adds any to the bill but I need to know how I can do it or if it can be done? Any help at all will be greatly appreciated... I am a novice at all of this stuff but my fiance is very tech oriented so any explanation whether simple or complex one of us will be able to understand....
