I am using Skype for my laptop PC with a built in webcam and microphone that both work well. And my friend uses the Skype app for his iPhone 4S. We've been trying video calling with one another and got the audio to work but it echos when we talk to each other.

The other issue is the video I can see myself on webcam but he says he see's my side as a black screen. On my end I see a black screen for his end.

So whats the issue here and how can we get the echo to stop and make the video portion work for us? Here's a photo of what the issue looks like.
