What's the best deal for existing customers?

I'm not familiar with a deals consumers can get. I have a friend that is already a Sprint customer but needs a new phone. She doesn't care about a camera but wants a flip. The Samsung A500 would work just fine. Any ideas where an existing customer can get the best deal? Thanks in advance.

best deal would have to be either Ebay, Costco, or at a Best Buy 50% off sale. the last one's probably the best option, but unfortunately, there's no such sale at the moment. Also, if she doesn't mind a new contract, she could get a new A500 from a PCS store, but i think that going with BB is a better deal.

edit-not to say she couldn't get a no-contract A500 from a store, but it would be more than BB, so i didn't even consider it.

Yep I’m in the same boat going to give customer retention a try and see what they will do for me. Luckly I’m out of contract right now.

Plus I got the added fact that none of the new plans can even be fit in for the price point i got on my current plan.

Since I pay 50 dollars for 2 phones 450 anytime minutes 2550 night and weekend starting at 8pm

    That 50 is before taxes

How long have you had that plan? AS far as I know, right now you can't have 2 phones on a plan unless you have at least 500 minutes.

I know that this has been mentioned too many times already, and I know that you said she wants a "flip" (I'm assuming you mean folder or clamshell, not Uproar flip style), but I have to mention the Sanyo 6400. It's a really good phone and it's $55 out the door at a Sprint store (no activation required, etc.). It'll be hard to beat that.

Other than that, I've heard you can get a 5300 for under $200 at Costco (no activation).

Good luck (and I'd recommend the same to wapacz).

for maximum enjoyment, headphones or an ideal listening
