I switched to the $30 incoming and $11 VP last week. I had an old plan with regular voicemail before, which they switched to Visual on me without asking when I went over to the $30 plan.

Fine - so I called in to switch back to regular voicemail.

But now, I'm getting everything - visual, regular dial-in voicemail, and transcribed messages!?!? What's this all about?

I don't mind it, but I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. I'll probably keep it this way, I hope I'm not paying extra for it!
