11PM EST, 8PM PST. You tried a few hours too early.
Feeling the HSPA+ Love in NYC on my Nexus 4!
I updated mine and the process was smooth. Yet to explore the changes/new features available in ICS.
Dont like it. I want gingerbread back. My phone is slower and buggier now. Freezes at times with force closing apps now.

How many apps you got? I would like the option to not update (ota on verizon) until I hear more.
I also noticed a yellow horizontal line randomly appearing on the left side of my screen. Plus a loud buzzing sound keeps going off. Like a siren.

I have the latest GB if you want me to upload it somewhere. It's around on the internet though..
LTE has arrived. The third carrier in Las Vegas with 10x10 LTE coverage
Coverage will expand to 100 million LTE pops for the first half of 2013, with the second half of 2013 expanding to 200 million POPs covered. Release 10 LTE (2×10, 2×20) will be better performing than all other competitors.

Wow, you guys have some bad luck. I updated mine and there are no problems with the OS whatsoever. I did see some apps lag, but it's because they don't fully support ICS yet (third party apps).
I rooted the phone as well and froze some crawpare and I can honestly say that my phone seems to be more snappy now on ICS than when it was on Gingerbread.

Devil of a time getting it on there but finally did it.
Kies kept barfing on my Macbook Pro. Got home and fired up Win 7 (well after 27 updates and a couople of reboots later since I hadn't turned it on in about a month) and whenever the phone screen would auto-off, connection to kies would die.![]()

Got around that today by leaving a youtube video so I could update
But it's done. Aesthetically not much different. I like this version of Touch Wiz and especially some of the utility mods to it (settings in the notification screen for example). I do kinda wish we had gotten the blue icons and roboto font but don't want the vanilla ICS pseudo-soft buttons since we have the touch buttons anyway. Probably root in the next few days to take care of some bloat, but mostly satisfied.
My main gripe is that I apparently can't use a single 1 x 1 "today" widget I was using before.

I did notice one negative change so far, higher latency. Before the update it was in the 50s and 60s, but now it's in the 80s or above.
I know that this is not a network problem as I tested it on another phone and latency was normal (as in 50 to 60 milliseconds).
Anyone else notice a difference in internet speed or higher latency? BTW, also noticed the issue on EDGE as well. Latency was in the 200s and now is in the 300s.
