You might try calling PP customer support and request an "ESN reset" and see if that helps. Is data working?

It works just fine but after i upgraded to ios 5.1.1 now i can't make calls.
Sometimes it goes full bar and i make calls but it hang up after 1-2 seconds and it falls back to no signal.
Please help.

The thing is i can't even do *228, *22890, etc. The phone ended the call after 1-2 seconds.
I have asked them to do ESN reset and stuff, they just keep telling me to try *22890 then *22891 which i try to explain to them that it keep ended the call after 1-2 seconds.
Do a hard restart on the phone. If that doesn't work, restore the phone to your latest backup and try the update again

Sorry about that, I was frustrated at the time.
I went back and restore my iPhone via iTunes since I upgraded to ios 5.1.1. After that jailbreak my phone but select the "set up as new phone" instead of restoring my data,etc. Afterwards just set up like it's a new phone and sync ur contacts, etc. My deduction was probably my firmware that I was trying to preserve from ios 4.
