Denny mentioned a web site revamp and official balance app back in May, but he didn't say they would come this year. He called them "fairly long-term projects." Maybe that's this year, but maybe not.

Just an FYI I thought should have been mentioned in the OP.
Is Page Plus Balance still working for anybody?

Hello, I'm the developer of the 'old' Page Plus Balance app, and I'm currently updating it to work with the new website which broke it. If anyone is interested, the source code for the current (broken) version on the market is here:
https://github.com/moparisthebest/PagePlusBalance
And I'm putting the new source code there when I am done as well.
Did the 'new' Page Plus Status app go away? I don't see it on the market.
If you have feature requests for MY page plus app, I'd prefer you post them as issues on github, but worst case you can email them to me or post them here and I'll see what I can do.
That's pretty cool. I've used to use it when I had page plus and it worked pretty well.
As a side not about your user name. Aren't you the one that ran the runescape private server back in the day called moparscape? Just wondering me and my brother used to play it back in the day. Fun times ha.
Where do you see that at? Google can't seem to find it anywhere.
That's me, the sites are still up too.
What do you mean? Why would page plus want to IP ban people for checking their balance?
Unfortunatly, the new site also uses a LOT more data than the old site. It doesn't allow for caching of any images or scripts either, so it's awful to check on limited data plans.
I downloaded it from the Play Store about a month ago. It used the PagePlus logo and I assumed it was one of their products. However, I just checked it and it no longer works and it is not available in the App Store.
If you Google "pageplususagechecker", you'll get a hit which links to the Google Play site. However, it comes back as URL not found. I definitely know it was working last week when I checked my lines.
I use WiFi exclusively, so I didn't think about the extra data usage of the PPC mobile website vs the apps created by various dealers that used to work.
This brings me back to my previous requests for PPC to release an OFFICIAL PPC balance app. You'd think that one or more of the dealers that created those other apps would be willing to sell the app to PPC for a reasonable price!
