I made the mistake of turning off my 3G, and about an hour later I wanted to turn it back on but no luck. Screen black, nothing appeared, no response.

Battery was charged okay. The home + top button restart gave no response, I tried it many times. I tried to restore it in iTunes several times--the Apple logo popped up, then the progress slide too, but every time the process stopped and I got 'unknown error 36'.

I was hoping to hold onto this phone until they release the 5. Any chance I can make it work?
